The short version: you don't need an account to use this site, we don't sell data, and the prompts you save stay on your own device.

stealmyprompts.ai is a free library of AI image and photo-editing prompts. For any privacy question, or to ask us to delete data we hold about you, contact us through the site.
Your saved prompts, your prompt vault, your recently-copied history, and the “picked for you” personalisation are all stored in your browser's local storage. They are never transmitted to us, and we cannot see them. Clearing your browser data deletes them permanently — which is why we offer an export and a backup link.
Photos you add in the Filter Studio are processed entirely in your browser. They are never uploaded to our servers.
We ask once, on your first visit, whether we may record how the site is used. If — and only if — you agree, we load Microsoft Clarity, which records interactions such as clicks, scroll depth, and mouse movement, and builds anonymised heatmaps. We use this to find confusing or broken parts of the site.
If you decline, nothing is loaded and no recording happens. Declining changes nothing about how the site works. Clarity masks text input by default, and we never ask you for personal details, so recordings should not contain personal information — but they are recordings of your session, which is why we ask first rather than assuming.
You can change your mind at any time:
We run an Instagram account that replies to comments. If you comment on one of our posts asking for a prompt, we store your Instagram username, your comment, and which link we sent you, so we can reply once and avoid messaging you twice. This data is deleted within 90 days. You can ask us to remove it sooner at any time. We only ever message people who contacted us first, using Instagram's official API.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we never sell data to advertisers. Local storage is used to remember your own saved prompts and your recording choice, on your device. Site administrators have one login cookie, which is not set for visitors.
If you agree to usage recording, Microsoft Clarity sets its own cookies to recognise a session. Decline, and it is never loaded, so those cookies are never set.
If you are in the UK, EU, or another region with similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to our processing of it. Because most of what this site does involves no personal data at all, in practice this usually applies to prompt submissions and Instagram interactions. Contact us and we will action it.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
